As a 16yo, I beat the snot out of my brother. As a 33yo, in hindsight, walk away. It's hard. No one here who does this will say its easy at first. After a while you get mentally tougher. It felt good to just rage out on him when I was 16, but I can not do that in a professional setting as an adult.
