I agree, going somewhere where there’s a common interest that you like is the best place to make friends. I met the majority of my college friends while playing sports, in clubs, or through mutual friends. When people start seeing your face repeatedly, they’re gonna start wanting to get to know you and you should do the same. Stuttering is a minor barrier to someone who shares the same interests as you.
