Recently realized at middle age that I stutter

Recently realized at middle age that I stutter I grew up before everyone had video recording in their phone, and recently I've been trying to make a video here and there, and realized I stutter without realizing it. When I was recording I believed I was saying full complete sentences. Any idea what's going on?
