When I'm at work and on the phone, if a person insults my stutter I will clearly state that I dont appreciate that kind of comment and tell them that if it continues I will end the call. I had a security guard at my last job who did it and I reported him and it was the last straw and he was fired that afternoon. If I get it in my personal life I just either leave or I let the person know that I'm disappointed and I find that extremely immature. I dont put up with it.
