Finally after searching “Why do I stutter more in Spanish than I do in English “ I now know it’s not just me lol. I’ve noticed that I seem to stutter way less in English compared to Spanish. Usually I have trouble speaking or keeping a conversation in Spanish to my dad’s side family since most of them only speak Spanish except an uncle and aunt plus their kids. When I have to introduce myself to new people and they only speak Spanish it’s hell for me lol. I’ve wondered why I even stutter more in Spanish than English in the first place. Funny part is that I’m able to read, understand, and even was grew up speaking Spanish as my first language yet I have so much trouble speaking it.
