I attended my first course a couple of months ago, and it is honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made. I'm also "just" a mild stutter, but alongside with fixing that, by giving me the opportunity to being very fluent at will, It has made me more relaxed and approacable in social situations. I didn't realise how much my stutter held me back in ways I wouldn't even think about linking to the way I spoke. If you are even considering it, I highly suggest spending the money on the programme.
