This is what I’ve been doing since I graduated high school (I’m 45 now) for letters I know I’m going to stutter/block: hard C’s (words like cold, character, etc) or esp hard G’s (golf, goal, goat and so on). I know its frowned upon, but for me it works and has becomes second nature. My advice is do whatever you’re comfortable with. No judgement here.
