Right, but the saying stands. You can’t predict the future. Sometimes you get what you want and everything changes for the worst. You might wish you didn’t have to go to work, and then get a call that your SO was in a car accident so you have to go to the hospital. You got what you wished for but it sure isn’t what you wanted. It’s a saying for a reason.
