>I stutter **weirdly**. When I can't pronounce a specific word, **my head jerks up and down** and **my lips make a weird shape** as I try to follow through with the word that I unsuccessfully started pronouncing. It **looked like I was having a seizure**, and I just **feel so depressed** now that I may have blown my shot at getting into one of these top colleges. Who would want to admit **a freak like me** into their college? >**Can someone please help me feel better?** I'd urge you to go see a speech therapist. Maybe a regular therapist as well. Some of what you describe can be addressed with various techniques, and some of it is in the mindset department. You shouldn't feel down about having a stutter. It's just this thing that some people have. You're not a lesser person!
