I stutter the most when I read

I stutter the most when I read I'm 15 y/o and from Lithuania. I would say that my stutter is very small. In my main language I can speak clean, when it comes to reading its harder BUT if I try to be CALM AS MUCH AS I CAN, then I barely stutter, if I get into the flow when I read its best. The problem is, I stutter more when I speak in English and reading in English is the worst for me. I just don't know why but the tip to be calm doesn't work in English reading. Anyone know why its more difficult to speak and especially read in secondary language and maybe you got some tips?
