I feel your pain. I was in the same situation a while ago when I was studying abroad in Australia. I wasn't aware that I shuttered so much more in English than on my native language, and because of that I almost dropped all my units and went back home. I'm glad that I didn't and by doing so I can look back and feel that it made me stronger, even though I still stutter, it was an important step to acceptance. All I can say is try to find a speech therapist. There used to be a support group in a hospital near where I lived. They help not only with overall support, but also with techniques and events to gather people who stutter. It was relatively cheap (money was tight as an student). Also, try to talk with a counselor in your uni, being able to open myself helped a lot as well.
