For me, meditation and chatting up strangers wherever I went helped a lot. Sometimes I would record myself speaking and look back on it to identify common sentences where I stuttered and continually repeat those sentences or the full convo in the mirror. Sometimes when I feel breathless or hopeless I take a break. I've been using AI a lot to help speak for me. ChatGPT voice (https://www.chatgpt.com/) is great for back and fort conversation for practice. I also use Mitra (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/mitra-talks-to-people-for-you/id6505044002) to speak on phone calls on my behalf and listen to how the AI speaks to other people and try to emulate that. Both have helped a lot.
