You should seriously consider seeing a therapist. Stuttering and anxiety/depression often exist together. You've described withdrawing from society and experiencing feelings of persecution, both happen during deep depressions. Speaking to a therapist will give you a place to talk and learn about why angry or impatient people cause you to stutter more. It will also allow you to work on accepting that you stutter and it's not the only thing that defines you. You can live a full and happy life with a stutter (I think I am!). You cannot do that with anxiety/depression. Please seek help, the first steps are hard but it's worth it.
