What are your guys' secondary movements?

What are your guys' secondary movements? Im a stutterer but Ive never met anyone else who stuttered. I dunno how other people stutter other than what I can find on youtube which isn't a whole lot, so I was sort of curious. My secondary movement is basically my left eye closing, sort of like a wink. Some times I have a small head twitch, or if its a block, my shoulder kinda twitches too. I have this chin jerking movement that I hate too... I was wondering if you guys had any tips on how to minimize that as well.
