Ketogenic diet and reduction of stuttering There are countless instances from people who have noticed a reduction in their stuttering as a result of a ketogenic diet. https://www.reddit.com/r/keto/comments/3x3lse/keto_helped_minimize_my_stuttering/ I personally been on the keto diet for about 4 weeks (to lose fat) and noticed my anxiety level decreased while my fluency level increased. It is something that I have experienced that has helped with my stuttering but the difficulty is maintaining a diet strictly of high fat and low carb. Aside from the reduction of stutter probably due to improved cognitive functions, there are many other health benefits such as anti-aging and it being a possible cure for Alzheimer's, which would be tremendously beneficial for longevity to those who maintain this lifestyle. Does anyone else have any similar experience with ketosis or is willing to experiment for a week and share their own experience? It takes around 3-4 days to enter ketosis. If this was a possible cure/reduction in stuttering it would require a lifestyle change for the individual.
