I have really bad social anxiety, especially when I speak to new people, but during interviews I tend to be more laid-back and confident. I think it’s because it’s a professional setting, and I don’t have to think much about the answers, like I would in a small-talk convo. Tell them what they want to hear, but be confident in yourself and your responses. Hope this helps!
