This guy sucks. And I hate that he demanded that you speak until you stuttered, like you had to put on a show for him. I've never had anybody be weirdly challenging to me like this but I've had people try to tell me I don't stutter in order to make me "feel better"--as if it was something I was saying to put myself down, rather than just a straightforward fact about me.
