It’s not insignificant. This is the key. Keep doing little encounters like this until they become bigger and longer. It’s exposure therapy. We are scared to talk to strangers because we perceive ourselves possibly looking bad. Keep asking for WiFi passwords. Keep ordering exactly the kind of food you want. Keep pushing yourself a little at a time. Your perception will change and your anxiety will lessen. Go you.
