Stuttering on academy

Stuttering on academy Hello I’m europe and I’m at police academy . My stutter many times makes me feel like an idiot when we have to talk loud to our trainees.(for example saying our name loudly ,Many times i stutter at the first letter on my surname (K) ). I would like to hear some advices to improve it .thanks
