Stutter started after I got sober! Help!

Stutter started after I got sober! Help! After a traumatic childhood filled with physical and emotional abuse I turned to drugs at 11. I chronically abused marijuana leading to a crippling meth addiction. When I was high I meth I wasn’t able to speak words and I would stutter like crazy. Now that I’m 4 years sober I have rapid heart rate while speaking to others and my voice gives out while speaking ALOT. Any ideas about what can help? I noticed that when my sugar intake is high I can confidently speak. The speech problems also randomly goes away for a day or two but idk why.
