I’ll give you two answers: 1. I’ve had to answer phones for an employer in the past. I am also mild/moderate. I pushed through, doing the work, but not exactly by script. Everyday was a sweaty, nervous, heart pounding nightmare of me jumping thru hoops to avoid stutters/blocks. I did fine, but likely lost years of life due to stress. 2. My last employer asked me to start making cold calls for trucking brokerage. I explained to him that I cannot do cold calls and why I cannot. He said ok and didn’t make me do it. (To note, I wouldn’t have done it either way.)
