Hey man! Yes mostly everything is in our head. I have read this thing somewhere which says , 'When you don't stutter in your head, you don't have a stutter.' And I literally felt it. But sometimes we tend to speak fast , get anxious and the stutter kicks in. I guess we need to figure out being calm and composed at any given means. It takes a lot of practice but yeah dude we're gonna get there.
