Older thread, but I ended up with tremors and stuttering after my 2nd covid infection. I was on klonopin, which didn't help at all. I had been taking it for anxiety. I still take it, but not as often. I also was left with the covid headache non-stop that nearly daily turns into a migraine. I started propranolol 20mg 2x daily, and worked up to 80mg 2x daily. As the dose went up, the tremors and stutter (tripping over words, almost combine words in the stutter, a kind of tic when it happens?) Both decreased in frequency and stopped once I hit that dose. It didn't do anything for my head though. I'd hoped I was over those symptoms, it's been months, and decreased the dose (under a doctor's care, it's a beta blocker, don't make any changes without your doctors instructions) just to make my doctor's less nervous about the sheer amount of meds I'm on along with periodic changes to try to treat my head. Decreasing my dose brought back the stutter fully, so far not the tremors though. Both would happen/do happen randomly. I can be home alone talking to Pets, or just with my kids and it still happens, there isnt any rhyme or reason to my stutter. It is an excellent anxiety med as well, I prefer it to klonopin. If you do some digging, the dose can get significantly higher. In my case I'm on so much over the head pain they don't want to currently. It treats a variety of things.
