I'm 38. I started living at around 28....spent so much of my life living in fear until that point. A lot of things changed in my life and I was forced to face some fears. Soon after it became a positive reinforcer - every time I did something that scared me, faced my stutter head on something good happened and/or I felt great afterwards. So fear became my driving force - every time I got scored I jumped in with both feet. Since then I moved to the country I always wanted to live in (US), met a great women and married her, started two successful businesses. All stuff that 27 year old me was too scared to even contemplate. Long story short - take the plunge, push yourself and dont be put off by minor setbacks. The bigger the effort the bigger the reward (eventually)
