Sure, breathe has so much to do with us being fluent. Besides box breathing and other breath techniques for anxiety, programs (like Hollins Institute in Roanoke, VA) focus on breathing as it impacts speech. I spent most of 6 weeks talking to a computer 9a-5p and essentially retraining my brain to breath and talk "correctly" by aligning my sound wave with the one on the computer. I would say 90% of the group left with a major improvement in fluency (you still have to work on it after leaving, but not nearly as often). I know these programs are often expensive - it would be great to have the programs and knowledge in the public domain.
