unsure if I'm just being lazy without realizing or idk

unsure if I'm just being lazy without realizing or idk so from memory this was not an issue teenager or kid me had but now I'm in my 20s it seems to have come up. so I've started to notice that I can miss words in sentences and when I do that I then have to repeat the word and any words after again. I've also started to say words wrong? and then I'm forced to repeat them again, normally a few times as well. it happens a decent amount now as I noted it a few minutes before writing this. is this anything bad? or am I overreacting?
