>"I know it is about you Middle rif breathing" "how was your experience with Delferro." Yes, that's right. With delferro you distract yourself from the stutter trigger (that leads to an anticipation of a stutter) by focusing on your hand in front of your midriff / diaphragm. (step 1) In step 2 we don't use our hand anymore, instead, we visualize the hand to distract us from the stutter trigger. All people who stutter (PWS) leave delferro in step 2 (in my experience). >"how much people will be fluent in the long run" Step 3 is: don't visualize anymore and just speak without stuttering. But I have never met anyone who reached step 3. Unfortunately, the success rate on any speech therapy website, is purely based on testimonials. >"a 5 day program" It's a 10 day program, afterwards you can do refresh courses for free. >"it is all about the motivation to use the method in real life" Yes, it's about motivation, discipline and confidence to use the method. Most people who leave the therapy stop using the method, because the delferro method takes 30 seconds (sometimes) to say a sentence. In my experience, it's impractical and unrealistic in reallife, although it might work if you have a speaking partner with patience to wait 30 seconds for 1 sentence.
