by far the [McGuire Programme](https://www.mcguireprogramme.com/) has been the only programme that has helped me .I attended speech therapists as a child, as a teenager and as an adult with little lasting results in the real world. I even went to a SLP who stuttered but no help in the real world. I attended many other speech therapy programmes but again nothing helped or had the long tern support of the McGuire Programme. It's no nonsense disciplined approach was what I needed.
