You've got 2 options: 1. Instead say "I'm \[your name\]" to bypass the "M" - but the chances to stutter on your name are a bit higher since the sentence is short 2. Build a ladder to the "M" starting with a word that's easy for you, like "Yeah, ummm...my name is X" - see how the "umm" is connected to the 'M' in "my" From what I've learned, the stutter happens because of the high level of anxiety from the word you're about to speak since you're afraid of it. There's another technique and this works pretty well for me tbh: Exhale while speaking the difficult word, it should feel like the word is riding the exhale
