Unfortunately there's no cure. You can continue to work on it with techniques but forcing yourself that if you stutter then it's the end of the world is you psychologically tormenting and being harsh on yourself to not cut yourself some slack. Speaking from experience from job interviews and other people, if you can show you're confident about it, people also get a good vibe to see you as more than a stutterer. Had a friend who stuttered who came to my book clubs and he was still brave enough to say what he wanted. Nobody laughed, ridiculed or made harsh remarks to us that it was a friendly and inclusive vibe.
