That's great. Yes, stutter is mostly a fight against ourselves, once we get over the bad experiences and just accept it, it gets much better. This also happened to me about a year and a half ago at uni; we each had to introduce ourselves with a microphone. I didn't come prepared, you usually never have a round of presentation at a university course, especially one with 80-100 people in it. I stumbled a bit but no one really cared, everyone has their own problems to worry about.
