Exactly the same here. Well, mostly. All my life I could read pages after pages with 100% fluency, but this year, for the first time in my life, at the age of 29, I noticed I began stuttering on select few words. I'm still 95-98% fluent while reading, but now that 2-5% disfluency is there (which does suck!) I've tried to trick myself into thinking I'm reading by writing down a script before a phone call I'm dreading, but somehow this doesn't work that well. On the other hand, if I'm called to speak in a meeting suddenly, and I pull out one of my notes to reference, I'm very fluent.
