I mention it in interviews, but not on my resume. "Something I'm aware of and working on, and I'm happy to say I've made significant progress. It's on my mind often but I'm always improving." In my mind it shows humility, a willingness to accept a perceived limitation, and perseverance in the face of adversity. It's all about reframing.
