Helpp!!

Helpp!! So a couple of days ago, a guy posted his experience on how he made use of the EMDR therapy to reduce his stuttering and that post garnered almost 500 upvotes. I had saved the post to read thoroughly later but now it seems like it's has been deleted. So whoever the guy was pls dm me coz I also want to utilise the method for reducing my stuttering .
