Well it's going really good! Of course there are "bad days" like you mentioned above, but i choose to not listen to the voices inside my head and live with my intentions. What do i mean with that? It's like the second tip that you mentioned, for example when i want to make an order although i feel really stressed, terrified etc i make my order and after i leave the store i fell really good because my intention was to drink a fucking coffee! Not to give a performance or a speech! I try to fight my insecuirites and be myself. I beleive that the key to control speech blocks is confidence and self esteem, it needs really patience to build them but it will change your life. So live with your intentions people not with your expectations and you will be more happy! Thank you cg for keep as updated with your theories!
