Hi, So what ive seen is most effective is prolonging your words. Almost like you are singing. There are different methods with variations of this. But the essence is the same. So for me for example: In the beginning I had large speech block, so I had to almost sing or sing my way through it which was a lot of effort. After a While the blocks become less and it requires less effort (also depending on the day). In some time you feel in advance how much of a stutter will come up and you can prolong your words accordingly (rather to much than to little). It requires some practice and effort. Also doing this in public is obviously scary. Doing this with half the effort doesn’t really work. The idea is to become confident that you can say any word (even if it is singing). The problem with putting to little effort in is that it doesn’t build this confidence as much as it wont work all of the time and causes doubt and anxiety. I don’t have any experience with doing this on your own. But I think it is much more challenging to learn. Not impossible. Also, continue with the sentence, dont fal into the trap of constantly starting from the beginning. (long answer I know)
