Does anyone know things that will help reduce your stuttering or help with stuttering. I’m 15 I wasn’t a shy kid when I was little never was afraid to talk to anyone, was always active. After I got my stutter I never talked to anybody my friends will always laugh at me my parents would always say that I talk fine and that it’s not that bad. My grades in school are very bad I’m not participating in class because every time I always think that I’m going to stutter when the teacher calls on me I don’t respond then my heart starts beating really fast I have like this fear in my body that kills me. Every time I think to my self if I could be more confident and not have a stutter my life would be so much better I started meditating also reading aloud but I don’t think it’s helping. But as I read aloud I started noticing that I struggle on words that start with letter B,D,L,T those are the main letters. I’m starting to read many words that start with those letters hope it helps. Any recommendations to help my stutter
