something that always helps me, at least temporarily, is trying to think of how huge space is, and how absolutely minuscule you are. you realize that nothing matters, especially this interview. u will die one day, take the leap and go into the interview. it’s scary but what’s scarier is a life that is held back when you know you have the strength to level up. nothing is permanent, the embarrassment u feel will be a thing of the past right when u leave that room. for real, don’t think about this too much. us stutterers seem to have preconceptions about ourselves in any situation, but those are just preconceptions. your thoughts are not what make or break you, and imagine how good it would feel to follow ur heart into that interview, and give it your all.
