my theory is that your subconscious has this need to be perfect when you’re expressing yourself, especially something that you know you’re knowledgeable in and when you don’t express it “perfect” that’s when the block comes in, and when you think about it negatively it creates a feedback loop and so the cycle continues, but self affirmation is pretty valuable in this situation, and maybe that “ignored” feeling is your perception of how you think people are perceiving you, im not saying your perception isn’t wrong bc some people definitely express that but it’s unfair for yourself to assume it’s like that in every interaction you stutter, again this is all a theory but if you can find some understanding in it W
