Hey. I know this might seem ridiculous but start looking into ways to be the happiest and most “successful” version of yourself. For example, eat well, sleep well, read books, journals, get exercise every day, meditate, etc. start with one or two of these and build on them all once you get routines. This will come full circle and help you cope and deal with your stutter—maybe even make it better. I’m 26 and I’m in the same spot. I was lucky enough to have a great group of friends growing up and somehow be a “popular” kid even with my stutter and anxiety about talking. I can’t imagine how tough high school is if you’re struggling. Start bettering yourself mentally and physically, and it will change—i promise. Stay strong, stay positive, and you’ll get through this. Also, high school doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things. Idk if you get treat poorly by any classmates but if you do, screw them. Better yourself, treat others well. Just be the best version of yourself and things will start falling into place. I’m sending you positive vibes! I promise it gets better and it’s worth the hard times and hard work!! 🫶
