I concur with these two responses. I used to hide my stutter as well, and I started a few years back being open about it in interviews, and even putting in on applications. I recently applied for Teacher's college and I put that I have a stutter in my personal essay as a strength, as I do believe it has made me extremely patient with other people's differences! Being upfront gives people a chance to be patient with me, and it makes me more comfortable when I have a block during an interview.
