You have good days and bad days on every aspect of life. Try this every morning. If you can read out loud fluently, this will help you. Read out loud every day, normally when you get up in the mornings at least an hour. When your mind hears you speaking fluency, it will clear the negative of disfluency. Try it for 2 weeks.
