When I have something like this, I take a break, during which I sit for ten minutes, doing absolutely nothing, thinking about the situation in all its details. Sooner or later I come to the point where it doesn't matter at all, and life goes on. So, in my opinion, to move on, you need to stop, do some reflection, and do whatever you need to do to feel better.
