I definitely encourage any practice. But some people won’t ever get completely rid of it & that’s okay. It’s important to build up others confidence about it. If it was a choice if there was something for me to do so I don’t have to live with this I’d jump on it I’d sell my right nut…. Shit I’d sell both of them for it. 😂😅 but Ik that’s not possible so it’s important to learn to live with it & practice as much as possible to be as fluent as possible.
