I've been in and out of speech therapy and I could only practice fluency with the therapist. I tried using strategies outside of therapy, but I feel like my anxiety would force my disfluency. The strategies I used and found helpful were prolongation (helpful, but couldn't really use this outside of therapy), pulling out the stutter, forcing a stutter (for helping lessen the anxiety, I guess), and a few others.
