I don’t have an answer for the original question. BUT, I knew someone from high school who NEVER stuttered. Now I see tik tok videos of them stuttering and really throws me. It really does seem fake, but I don’t want to assume. I don’t understand it or why they would purposefully do so, it is very very confusing. I wish I could ask a professional if they think it is legitimate stuttering cause it does not sound real. They only stutter the first syllable of words and never get stuck on the word, they just quickly repeat the syllable a few times and continue talking.
