You can relax your mouth and tongue and “hum” your way into the hard consonants. When you practice, you actually hum audibly, but when you talk to people ideally you hum so it’s just a vibration in your vocal cords. This primes your vocal cords for speech so they don’t “freeze up.” For example you’d practice by humming “hmmmmmmboy.” The vibration of the hum activates your vocal cords so you can ease into the “b.” Try to relax your body as much as possible when speaking as well.
