>I did get to see a neurologist and images were taken but they found nothing. That's awesome as you can go get imaging done again and they will be able to compare the two sets of imaging, looking for any change. Not saying that's necessary today. But the old imaging gives you a baseline. Journaling is always a good idea when seeking a diagnosis. Diet, exercise, sleep, environment can impact our health. Take everything I say with a grain of salt. I'm not a doctor or medical professional. Anyone else in the home with you? Never a bad idea to get the home checked for radon or other hazards if you haven't done so. (I'm not suggesting radon in your home or as a cause for your issue.)
