That's good news. It means your stutter is 100% psychological. You have no neurological problem! I'm not as lucky as you. Sometimes I stutter when I read too. There are many possible explanations. If you don't stutter when you read then there's something different for you between reading and speaking. Maybe you feel different from the other people and are afraid to express yourself revealing your true personality. Is that so? Are you afraid of being judged? Maybe you stutter because you experienced a trauma in the past while speaking to other people
