Joe Biden stutters It sucks that his stutter is being misinterpreted for incompetence, "dementia," etc. What if, the reality is, he is someone who stutters, that's it, who was vice president and now is running for president. This idea, all politics aside, that he is losing it, or not capable of doing his job, is malarkey. Look at who we have now.
